Online Store Terms of Service
1. Terms
By accessing our online shop website www.campmustelid.shop, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the aformentioned site. The materials contained in www.campmustelid.shop are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
2. Order Processing
All orders are packaged on a first-ordered first-sent basis unless the purchase includes a pre-order item. Packages are typically processed every 1-5 business days. Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Once your order has began its processing, a second email with tracking information will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout. This email is automated, and sent as the result of the creation of a shipping label. As such, the email may not accurately represent the actual shipping date of a package.
3. Express Shipping
Camp Mustelid does not currently accommodate express shipping.
4. Notes
If needed, any specificities concerning your order may go in the "notes" section during check out. If your note is urgent, please contact our team via email instead, as notes go largely unseen until shipping labels are being created.
5. Tracking
Packages come standard with tracking in all scenario's except for sticker mail. Besides this, if for some reason you do not receive an automated email with your tracking information, please feel free to contact us.
6. Allergy Advisement
Camp Mustelid products are occasionally stored in pet-friendly environments. As such, if you have any animal allergies, we highly recommend airing out or washing your goods before use to avoid any reaction. By purchasing items from our online store, you are agreeing that Camp Mustelid not be held liable for any reactions to pet allergies, and acknowledge that you are responsible to head such advisories.
7. Return Policy
You may return new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt. In the case that an item is returned not in its original condition, the order will no longer be eligible for a return and will be sent back to the original address associated with the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the reason for return is the result of our own error.
8. Exchanges
Due to our limited stock, Camp Mustelid does not currently accommodate exchanges.
9. Lost and Missing Package Policy
Camp Mustelid staff is not responsible for any loss or damages to packages or goods once they have been shipped. We will do our best to work with you to find any lost packages, however, we are not required to find lost items or responsible for replacing or refunding any items lost or damaged by the postal service. For any questions regarding your package once it has left our office, please contact USPS or your local post office.
10. Company Error
In the event that an error has occurred on Camp Mustelid's end regarding the successful processing of an order, please contact us to resolve the situation.
11. Product Misuse
Camp Mustelid staff may not be held liable for any harm or damages that are a result of our merchandise being misused, please always handle with care.
12. All Sale Items are Final.
13. Accuracy of Billing and Shipping Information
Users agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and shipping information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your personal and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
14. Purchase Refusal Policy
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
15. Order Cancellation
In the event that you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellations must be requested before the creation of a shipping label, otherwise the order will continue its fulfillment process like normal.
16. Miscellaneous
Camp Mustelid reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without notice. All items are subject to availability. Color accuracy on the website cannot be guaranteed, and will vary depending on the resolution and type of your computer. All design and imagery on www.campmustelid.shop is the creative property of Camp Mustelid. No permission is given in respect of use of any of the above. The site may not be altered in any way or republished without permission. All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from www.campmustelid.shop shall be governed by USA law and the United States courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters. Camp Mustelid reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
