the main pocket is roughly 6 x 14", the front pocket is 6 x 7.5", and the interior pocket is 4 x 7" all with a little wiggle room and extension space!
each pack comes with an additional adjustable extensor strap, with the extensors the straps can be from 21" - 60.5"
